About Brittany

Brittany brings a lifetime of lived experience, wisdom, and specialized training to her work. Her professional background includes Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), domestic-violence–focused therapeutic approaches, and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) hypnosis. Through decades of trauma-informed service across the mental health and recovery fields—and with over ten years clean and sober (July 2, 2017 clean date from IV heroin, crack, cocaine, and methamphetamine use)—she has cultivated a deep understanding of human resilience and transformation.
Brittany has proudly served in multiple nonprofit organizations, including FIRST Steps Together and Habitat for Humanity. Over the past five years, she has supported families navigating extreme life challenges and contributed to affordable housing initiatives on Cape Cod throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Her dedication included volunteering nearly every weekend for two years to help build homes for ten single mothers in Massachusetts. Her personal journey includes overcoming complex trauma, suicide attempts, homelessness, institutionalization, and experiences in sex work—transforming every layer of her life from the inside out.
Brittany serves as a bridge between ancient healing wisdom and modern consciousness, specializing in the profound medicines of Kambo, Breathwork, and Reiki Energy Healing. With deep reverence for the Indigenous traditions of the Amazon and a comprehensive understanding of trauma-informed care, she creates sacred containers for transformation and cellular-level healing.
Her work centers on clearing panema—the dense emotional and energetic heaviness that clouds vitality, expression, and connection. As a certified practitioner, Brittany guides clients through experiences of nervous-system regulation, emotional release, and spiritual awakening. Whether working with the peptide compounds of Kambo, the breath as a portal to expanded awareness, or the subtle currents of Reiki, she brings grounded presence, compassion, and years of embodied practice to every session.
Honoring the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, Brittany understands that true healing requires addressing the root causes of imbalance—not just the symptoms. Her approach supports clients in releasing trauma stored in the body, reconnecting with their authentic selves, and reclaiming the vitality that modern life often suppresses.
